RYN: It is alright. I am open to any and all questions. It happened when I was 8 and he was 14. We went out in a boat and a storm blew in. He drowned but I made it close enough to shore to hold onto some reeds until help arrived. The boat ride was my idea, so I felt guilt for many years. Thank you for your compassion and concern.
