Hi guys!! How was your weekend? I’ve got rest time in my house. But weight training didn’t rest hahaha.
Nowadays i’d like to weight training in a fitness club that names 2X Fitness club.
My favorite part is Arm day. Biceps and Triceps, as long as I tried the result is good.
But today was Pectoral muscle 🙂
& Almost day I go to bed too late… So I decided! Today I will be early bed xD
