Still here and still knitting

I guess that it is about time that I wrote an entry here.  Life has been busy, very busy this summer.  Son #2 started paramedicine school in winnipeg today.  Son #3 turned 16 last weekend and son #1 who is 19 is definitely moving to Portland OR in the end of october.  Life is changing a lot.  I am still working parttime and we are getting used to that.  In between, in my spare time I still knit as much as I can.  I knit myself a bracelet out of red elastic the other day, quick and easy.  I have a wish list a mile long of books and yarn but that is nothing new.
My favorite blog author and crazed knitter, the yarn harlot has a second book coming out.  Her first book is great, can’t wait to get my hands on her second book sometime this month I hope.  That is my birthday present to myself.
