Oof.

Rather exciting day here in the office.

This morning they sacked Debborah, who was by far the most reviled employee in this place.  Honestly, you can feel the joy and mirth lingering in the air around here.  This can only mean good things.

However, this also means my to do list is about to get much longer.  Dude.  Monday I’m told I will get a new list of responsibilities.  And David has been told to pull back on things he’s giving me.  WHICH MEANS! I will be responsible for more things, and more important things.  I know for certain that the Christmas gala is now entirely my responsibility.  I’m friggin stoked, by the way.

This is so excellent!

She was a lovely person.  Very nice.  But what a goddam nightmare to work with, let me tell you.

You guys.  I’m SO FUCKING GLAD I decided to stay here.  Things are moving fast, and that’s the way I like it.  I fully intend to make a career here, and now with crazypants gone, it’s sure to be much easier.  I wonder if I’ll be taking over branding etc.?  Hopefully I’ll be able to inch my way out of the construction projects.  Mua ha ha! 

With more responsibility comes more money, right?  With bigger responsibility comes bigger pay?
