Dear friends,

I signed the offer and I’m now permanently employed. Boom!

Didn’t get 10k, but I did get some, and that’s not half bad. Turns out the other offer would have only been for this amount anyway. So it’s a win for me.

Plus benefits. Plus 3 weeks paid vacation.

Mainly I’m pumped that it’s permanent so that one day when I need to take a year off to bring a human into the world, I have security and some income.

We’re grown ups, you guys.
