can you fall deeper?

Over the last few months we have fallen deeper in love , I think due to having to hash about all the reasons why we are getting married in the first place, 

we are doing that because we have to tell the celebrant our story.

how we met , why we are marrying.. Its been lovely hearing TOH’s reasons .. and I get a little gushy when I reveal my feelings.. 

I survived my hens night , 

Penis’s everywhere , on the balloons , the straws, in my head band , parts of the games ,, dear oh dear. a twin penis cake.

I did not have a Hens night for my first wedding, so this time the girls went all out, everything I said I didn’t want to do or have as I was too old for that , they did .. lol.. they knew I would not be upset or embarrassed and neither I was, 

We had a ball .. 

there was even a "male Burlesque dancer" lol.. he was very nice .. in as much that he did not bump and grind in my face or the face of my friends.. there was a story to his dance and although he did strip to his G string .. it was nice ..nice surely there is a better word, anyway we shared a few drinks , doing shots off his body .. feeding me cake .

I managed to drink one water for each wine so was up and excersising the next morning as is my routine at present. 

5.30 am up dressed walking by 5.50am.. 15 mins  2 lamp posts fast one slow..   15 min cycle, while I watch a movie .. with speed intervals as well. then AB work on the lounge floor.. 4 different excersises . 

At a retest I sat I am now able to do 37 push ups a minute , my first test was 18. 

it is all very encouraging..

this morning I woke and vomited(nothing ) , cried and pounded the street for 40 mins. I have to get over it. Its got worse. 

I have tried all the suggestions and I get better faster . it just still happens. But I will deal with it as I know it is all just nerves.

right , school pick up time.
