Identity Theft! What a tosser!

 I was chatting with a guy I know on Grindr when he goes to me, "How come you never reply to me on Blendr?"

I was confused.  I don’t use Blendr.  It’s the straight version of Grindr, but I can’t get it anyway as it’s only available on Iphones.

I replied, "Umm cos I’m not on Blendr."

He says back, "Yeah you are"  Isn’t this you?  And sends me this picture…

 

Holy shit!  It was a funny reaction I had.  The guy I was talking to thought I was lying to him.  The pic is definitely me.  I took that photo when I was in Melbourne on my way home from Dayglow!  It always made me think that whoever is impersonating me, has to be one of my Facebook friends.

He sent me a couple of more screenshots that he took.

Ooooo, clever!  He’s researched me well!  I did make a joke on facebook that he’s got my weight wrong by a few kilos 🙂  Everything else is right though!

It’s actually quite funny cos the guy I was talking to had the same thing happen to him a few days earlier, but it was another profile on Grindr.  Some people really have no life!

I still find it pretty funny even right now, but he found it offensive and was trying to defend himself on his real profile.  I don’t see the need for it.  Clearly if whoever this loser is meets up with anyone, he’s not going to look anything like me.  What a waste of time!  The only thing I don’t know is if I am being badmouthed or not.  My friend reckons that he never responds to him, hence thinking it was me.
I told another friend about it, and he tracked down the profile as well.  I have no idea how Blendr works, but apparently you can transfer your facebook details over to it.  I mean, get this right – whoever this guy is has 104 pictures of me.  104!  I looked at some of the pics and I’m pretty sure they are my pics any of my friends can see.  I have 1300 "friends" on facebook, and I’m convinced it has to be one of those people.  I could probably go through and eventually figure out who the troll is, but really, I can’t be bothered!  He can badmouth me if he likes, but I figure anyone who truly knows me already knows who I am and what I am like, and I am not bothered in the slightest.  My friend asked me if he wanted me to get him to report the profile, and I said "Yes please." so they should block whatever devices he is using.  I also changed my facebook password, as apparently they can easily access pics that way.
I’ve never used Blendr in my life.  What am I gunna do with that?  Get a chick over for a root?  Chicks don’t work like that anyway, unless they are real slurries lol.  It’s why Grindr works and Blendr just doesn’t.  Girls aren’t wired to be slutty, from my point of view anyway, although I could be living under a rock for all I know.
