Mistaken Surveys

I hate surveys that are either made by stupid people or people who are trying to run the results into a certain direction.

Red Cross sent me a survey. I gave up on this question:

What was the PRIMARY factor in your choice to donate blood in January?: *

The Dunkin Donuts promotionI heard about the emergency need for O Negative blood

I heard about the emergency need for B Negative blood

The disaster in Haiti

Umm… How about none of the above? Maybe the fact that I think it’s good to give blood, so I do? Especially since I’m not O OR b…

They seem to send out these surveys when they give out ice cream or coffee. Unfortunately we don’t like coffee, so the coupons were wasted on us. Here’s to hoping there’s more for ice cream in the future! You can’t beat a free half gallon

I should donate blood. Apparently I have a rare blood type. Buuuuuut, I just always forget. Its going to bite me in the ass when I need blood and there isn’t any. I’m going to figure out when the next blood drive is on campus.

I gave blood in January because I want to save lives and because I can. And come March when I can give again I will do it again. Although I am praying it isnt as painful as the last time. That was the worst it ever felt! It was awful!

Yeah, that’s a poorly written survey. You’d figure there would at least be an “other reason; please specify” option. As for free ice cream: Woohoo!! I’ve been craving a milk shake for ages! Have one for me! <3 By the way, how’s the snow falling up your way?
