LOTS of e-mails

I am now reaping the (lack of)benefits from running a script which I kinda half thought about before running, but didn’t fully appreciate the full scope of…

What ended up happening is that I ran it.  It did as it should have which as I said, I more or less knew…  It sent e-mails.  It ends up sending me a couple different ones(maybe 3) for each item it deals with.

There were about 600 items.

I re-ran it a few times(I hope that’s all).

Gmail is now constantly filling with messages.  It has been doing this for more than an hour.  I just select all and delete a hundred at a time.  Literally constantly filling….

This must be what it feels like to be popular.

Only side benefit?  I believe I sent at least some copies of this to the boss.  At least I hope so…  He’s the one who asked for this stupid thing to be run…  (:
