VMK Kingdom Hearts – Chapter 9

CHAPTER 9. THE KING’S COMMAND

When Sam, Amber, Greg, and Capt got outside, it was early afternoon. Somewhere around 2:00pm. The sun was bright in their eyes as they stepped out into the plaza in front of the Pirate Treehouse. Surprisingly, nobody noticed them as they walked out, brusied, limpling, and dirty. They went down to a bench, and rested their wounds. " So..Where do we go now? " said Sam after awhile. " I’m not sure.. " said Greg, holding a hurt wrist. " Wherever it is..I hope we just dont have to fight again any time soon. That was a close call. " Amber said, still shaken by the kidnapping.

They sat there silently for a while, holding their limbs, and looking up at the big Treehouse, remebering the frightful moments they had there. The stone golem, Vexen, The kidnapping and mysterious return of Amber, and even more mysterious, the man with the long, spikey red hair. What was the Orginization’s purpose for hunting them down? Who was leader of Organization XIII? And who espesially, was that one with the spikey red hair?

 They were staring out into the plaza when they saw a horrible, familiar sight. four small black portals appeared in front of them. Out stepped four Hearless, Bodies as pitch black night, and bright, bright yellow eyes. " Oh no.. " breathed Capt in horror. They were all too tired to draw their keyblades. The heartless slowly, stepped toward them. Amber tried to move, but she was exausted. The others also tried, with the same outcome. It didn’t look good.

Just when the heartless were at arms length of the four, something small and black came doing front flips from over behind them. It was King Mickey! He made quick work of the heartless. Then, turned to them. He was still wearing the same Organization XIII-Like coat than when they saw The King last time at Main Street. " You guys gotta be more careful. " He said " There’s ‘alotta bad stuff goin’ on, and alot more heartless have been appearing everywhere! Why didn’t you fight back? " He asked curiously.

They looked down at the ground, and told The King everything, How Captain Blackheart had kidnapped Amber, and Capt, Sam, and Greg had gone to the Pirate Treehouse to save her, how they had fought the Stone Guardian, and found its weak spot in the base of its chestplate, how they had met the ice weilding Vexen, who tried to make sure they didn’t win, but how Amber had somehow returned, and defeated Vexen, And finally how the mysterious spikey red haired member had eliminated Vexen, in front of their very eyes.

" Wow, seems like you guys have been in a lotta trouble. " The King put a worried look on his face and turned around. " We don’t have many options here. We’ll have to play their game….We’ll have to fight. "
