My goal is to write more.

Today is Monday.

I’m fighting off day 3 of a migraine that will not quit.

We lost power in the storm last night. First time that the boys have been old enough to care. We had a good time playing on charged electric equipment and just hanging out.

I got to see Spamalot at the Muny on Friday night. I took my mom. It was REALLY funny. Corny and very much Monty Python, but funny.

We’re getting a new fence. It’s going to be a 4 foot tall white vinyl fence. It’s going to cost $13,000. Yeah. I about died when told the price. But it comes with a 100% lifetime of the house guarantee. They’ll fix it for free forever. Even if I break it with the weed whacker or the boys do something stupid to it.

My yardsale is supposed to be this coming weekend. Should be interesting. There is so much CRAP. Nathan is starting the process of hauling all the stuff up into the garage for me.

I’m counting down the days until my vacation in August. It’s going to be fantastic. HolyCowItsMe is coming with her family from Virginia. And then we’re all going down to my grandmother’s for a long weekend in Arkansas. Then we’ll be hanging out for a week at home. Lots to do though. The list is: St. Louis Zoo, Grant’s Farm, Gateway Arch (I’m skipping this one because I just can’t force myself to do it again), maybe the City Museum (downtown STL) and hanging out at the pool.
