I am unwell

I am unwell. I’m not in the best place emotionally. It’s PMS time too, so that doesn’t help. I also feel "off" today. Maybe it’s nerves. Tomorrow is my ultrasound for gallbladder issues. I have to get this taken care of. I’d like to be able to eat without pain. But, I really don’t want another surgery, even if it is out-patient.

Maybe I just need a nap.
