Happy Birthday to me…
Sometimes, I can be incredibly disappointed in my family.
By my family, I mean the people I live with and love most.
By family, I also mean my mother.
None of them have said Happy Birthday to me.
Not even a mention of it on Facebook.
My sons I forgive because they are 5 and 7. I mentioned that’s why I have cupcakes and they were both excited for me.
My husband is going to be getting a slightly depressed and angry wife this evening if he doesn’t say *SOMETHING* to me.
My mother. I called her to tell her that HolyCowItsMe had gotten a flat tire while she was on the way home. But she didn’t say anything to me.
I know – it’s a first world problem. I know I’m loved. But still. Just that little nicety would be greatly appreciated.
Sigh.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! I thought somebody better say it before you explode!

Happy Birthday, friend. I hope that your loved ones pleasantly surprise you, and don’t have to all cram together in the doghouse tonight.

Dude. Mom, Heather, and Jeremy tagged you in Facebook posts. Look again and check your timeline. Sometimes they get shuffled all wonky.

Happy belated Birthday. Hope they made you feel special later in the day.

Happy Birthday to you and HolyCow – that is really disappointing that your family didn’t do anything for you – even just an e-card? Sheesh.
