2012 or 1960?

Frequently, I am appalled by my coworkers. Just now, David and CJ were going off about people of color.

David actually used the "N" word to desribe them. He "refuses to live in a slum with all those N—–rs."

CJ agreed and then said to give them their own island. CJ likes to stir shit up, so I’m not sure if he was just riling up David, or serious. But he kept going on about how they destroy things and are lazy "lowabouts."

Then David went off on some tangent about how they’re the slime from New Orleans and they never take care of things. And their kids run wild in the store and they’re a drain on society.

I’m disgusted. Sure, I know of some black people who are slime and lazy. But I know a lot more white people like that.

Ug. Is this 2012 or 1960?
