Swelling, ready for spring,

I am painfully bloated/swollen.  I have no idea why I am retaining so much fluid.  I haven’t been eating THAT much salt.  It’s no joke that for 3-4 days this week, I weighed progressively 1 pound heavier each day.  My wrist and joints feel stiff and hurt.  My hands are really puffy.  I don’t know what in the world is causing it.  I"m going to keep drinking a lot of water, and hopefully it sorts itself out.  It almost reminds me of when I was pregnant and was swelling from the pre eclampsia.  My socks are leaving huge indentation in my ankles, where they normally don’t.  My rings are super tight.

Jamie is off from work today.  Not sure what they get the day off for.  Izzy is being picked up half day because they are going on a trip, so hopefully we can have some fun with the boys this afternoon before the weather turns colder and rainy.  I’m so ready for 60-70 degree weather again.  I’ve made a list of field trips/ weekend activities for us, and I’m anxious to start going places.  Our beach trip is a little over 2 months away.  I’d like to take a couple of small trips before then.  The weather has been sunny for the last few days, but it has been too cold to really do anything.

Jamie has been wanting to get a puppy.  I keep trying to talk him out of it.  They have golden retrievers for sale, that are so cute.  But we already have a pug and a cat in the house.  I don’t want to be overrun with animals.  I had a golden retriever when I was in highschool/college and they are really great dogs.  They can be high energy though, and I’m not ready to deal with that while dealing with my high energy boys!  Jamie is always wanting something new, whether it is a pet, an electronic, a new car, etc.  He just bought a new windows tablet this week.  We just refinanced the truck, and also the car not to long ago, so hopefully I can talk him out of a new vehicle for a while.  I’d like to have our cars at least until they are paid off this time.  Of course, if we have another baby, we will have to trade my car in for an SUV or minivan.
