No soda May

I’ve been doing some thinking that I need to make some changes in my life.  I need to change my eating habits, as well as some of my other behaviors like the amount of time I spend on the computer.  I’ve made the decision to set some challenges for myself.

My first challenge is no soda for the entire month of May.  I have gotten into a soda rut lately that I need to break out of.  It was nothing for me to have 5-6 servings a day!  I’m excited to give it up.  I’m hoping it will lessen the intense sugar cravingst that I have, as well as promote more weightloss.  It really struck me that I needed to change some habits when my four year old was refusing to drink anything else, and asking for soda.  I need to set a good example for my kids.  I’m just worried that I will forget one day and slip up.  Soda is such a part of my daily habits.  Being at home isn’t the problem, Im worried that I will forget when we go out to eat or something. 

The kids are being a handful, will finish later.
