True friends???

Is a true friend someone you used to talk to almost every day and then all of a sudden without an explanation the phone calls stopped? This person doesn’t even answer your calls when you call to find out why they don’t talk to you anymore or even to check on you to make sure you are okay. 
Months go by and still no word until she happens to call your g/f to complain about how bad of a friend you are and how she thinks that you are a bitch and how she never wants to talk to you again.
Then one day out of the blue she calls you and talks like nothing has ever happened. She tries to come between you and your g/f by saying things that are not true or exaggerated. AND she has you making some CD’s for her.    
Do you consider this person to be a true friend?

A friend that is busy busy busy all the time. You only hear from her when she wants something.   She tells you that she sent you a birthday gift but 3 weeks have passed and you have not received it.  When it should have taken maybe three days at the most.   And, you are still waiting for the CD that she offered to send you from 6 months ago. 
It is possible that I am PMSing and im letting the little things get to me, but seriously… if I sent someone a birthday gift and they haven’t received it by now, I would be trying to find out why.  Unless, I really didn’t send anything to begin with.
