Walking for ME
My idea of walking is that I stay motiviated and get out and walk daily.
Have a pedometer but it is just to keep me motivated.
Try an walk 30 minutes in the AM and an hour in the PM every day.
Also walk the 10 flights of stairs in my office once a day and the hills on my walk outside.
If I keep doing my 90 minutes a day (goal) I know I will get to my goal of HEALTH once again.
Glad to read some of you are walking…I am not writing about my walks as much but I still walk every day.
If we could turn back time…

If I could turn back time my stomach would still be my chest…Some 13 years ago my chest some how fell into my stomach and I am just now getting rid of the stomach and getting my chest back. Smiling

been walking for 30 minutes a day and just decided to up it to 45 minutes a day. i’m sure that will help with the weight loss. your walking is an inspiration. take care,
