My body body builderhas always been large due to all the sports rugbyI played while growing up and all the fun I had in the Army troop smileyfor 22 years working out three times a day no pain no gainevery day.

I let my self go a little when I retired and gained 88 poundsheavy.

The blame goes to having too much fun way too happyworking out, runningrunning, doing the half marathons, the 6-mile speed walkswalking, the swims, the weightsbarbell, then nothing.

 

The Atkins plan works if you can stay with it. I have used it many times in the past in conjunction with my work out programs yogabut was never able to stay with it.

 

When I was in my 30’s I enjoyed drinking party smileysparty smileysand that is not good on the Atkins.

 

We will see how my will power weightlifterholds and if I really want to loose and if I can loose 88 pounds in the New Year. Who knows!

After all at least ten pounds  pound are now gone.

 

The idea that TFIF is helping me out is neat since I eat there all the time. Now I do not have to toss the carbs the carbs or most of them will already be tossed. Ha Ha Ha.

I love the animation, it is a very clever use of the smilies. I am also trying to lose a few pounds this year, so far I have only lost 6, but it is 6 less than I started with.
