Great Walk

Today was one of those days

Great day for a walk

Such a nice day my 40 minute walk was a 60 minute walk

The wind was there when I needed it

The sun was there all the time

The hills, the steps, and the distance were great

Just a real nice day to test my knees, ankels and fee
