Little green eyes

I think we may have a small problem with Ella, it seems she’s jealous of Cindi and my affection towards each other. The latest example came on Monday when I came home with flowers and a card for our anniversary.  Well Ella had a meltdown with that and was sure that no one loved her and for longest time could not be consoled.  Finally she went crying up to her room and I had to go up and talk to her and give some major reassurance.

I put this together with something my co-worker Patty told me about when Cindi and Ella stopped by while shopping on Sunday to see me.  I was busy working with some customers looking at rugs and Ella kept trying to come over to me.  Well at one point she turns to Cindi and says "mommy you stay I want daddy all to myself."

Plus the flower meltdown was not the first time she’s overreacted to little signs of affection between Cindi and I.  Now I’m not sure what the solution is but I do know that we can’t stop showing signs of affection since seeing parents like that must be important to the child.

Now for some mindless filler:  I saw this and stole it since it seemed like fun.  One note is that I didn’t write the list since I’m not sure I would have put all these things on the list.
