I’ve been ready to write so many times but once I sit down the brain just freezes and before you know it it’s been over a month since an entry. Granted I’ve had plenty of great thoughts for entries, but most of them come at work where I have no access, including being in the one area of the store with phone access. Right now I’m sitting at the local library while Ella plays on the kids computer about 30 feet away yet I can hear it clearly. So much for libraries being quiet places.

So for a little recap of the last month, I had a cyst that the doctor had to cut and drain. Nasty little thing and the only thing that really upset me with it was the location, on my groin, and my doctor is a fairly attractive woman. But thankfully 1) she was able to get to the area with out me having to expose my parts and 2) the afore mentioned parts behaved themselves and didn’t rise to the proximity. Down side was it took like 3 injections of the painkiller/numbing agent for me not to feel the cutting. I hate my skin!!! Heck as I write this my face is broken out like I’m 13 and not 43.

Speaking of Ella, the other day we were driving home from Dairy Queen and passed the bank we use and she says "hey stop and get me some money". She’s getting a little too smart for her own good and it’s going to lead to my ruin.

Work has been okay, actually had a couple of days of sales over the weekend of the 4th, with the 5th being the best day. I think I was the about the only person who didn’t mind actually working on the 4th since it takes my mind off the fact that it was the day that my Dad passed.

Actually one or two of the entries I’ve cooked up in mind that haven’t gotten written involve work. One is letter, given the fad on here of letters, to the customers and some thoughts around the whole customer/store worker dynamic. The second thought/entry is some thoughts on my co workers since I really haven’t talked much about them.

Well got to go and check up on Ella since her computer has gotten silent. Have a great day and I promise to update in the very near future. Just go out and make someone smile.
