Saturday Afternoon Part 2
Anne is here. We are watching a movie called Married to the Mob. It is a pretty good flick. It has been two hours since my last smoke. I am already getting cravings. They seem to get worse when I’m sitting at the kitchen table. There is an ash trey and a pack of smokes. I was justr sitting there watching Anne do a word search puzzle. I wanted to light up in the worse way. Urge to light up came over me so strong and powerful. I was in desperate straits. I didn’t give in to the vcravings. I tried to keep busy. I got supper ready and sat down in front of the computer and staerted to type.
These withdrawal symptoms are awful. I tried to quit on the patches not too long ago. Tney were of no help at all. I could not do it. I think I lasted a whole four days on them That West Virginia Quit line was a joke. I was suppose to have a coach and they never did call. I called them a couple of timers and they were not much help. Those damned craving s were so powerful.
Well I am going to try cold turkey. I’m going to get rid of that ash trey I’m going to get rid of the cigarettes tonight. I’m going to give them to Anne and then I will not have any to tempt me.
