school and Sportscenter

I’ve been giving most of my attention to my blog recently.  I like it more for some reason.  Anyway, I’ll try to keep updates here.  School is just as crazy as ever.  My second group that I have is just wild and the weeks seem so long with them.  We’re hopefully working on some accomodations for some of my students in order to help them and my group function better.  I seriously almost went crazy this past week! I am so glad that I start tomorrow with my other group.  They are a little more calm.

BYU won it’s football game yesterday, 59-0.  We totally showed EVERYBODY!  After last week’s game vs. Washington we were kind of getting a bad rap for some ridiculous call at the end of the game.  We blocked the extra point and won the game by one point!  The media went nuts saying we didn’t deserve to win, blah blah, yadda yadda.  Well, we showed them this week against UCLA now didn’t we! In your face ESPN, Sportscenter, and all you silly broadcasters who think we don’t deserve to have won our game last week, let alone be ranked numero 11 in the coaches poll and 14 in the AP poll.  Yeah, what do you think of our blowout, huh?

Sorry, getting a little carried away there.  Whoa! But it’s true.  I got sick of hearing the media all week saying that the call against the other team for unsportsman-like conduct was bad and they should have won.  Ridiculous!
