they call it a smartphone

My New Phone, the Motorola Q, does lots of things that phones should not, in my opinion, be allowed to do. It checks my email for me and lets me browse the internet. It. takes. pictures. That may not seem like a big deal to you guys, but for me it is. In the four years since I got my first ever cell phone, I have never had a camera phone. I never really saw the point? (still don’t.) It connects to my laptop via Bluetooth technology (and is also USB enabled just in case your computer doesn’t have Bluetooth. Mine, however, does). I can send and recieve files between my computer and my phone this way. I can also use my phone as a remote control for my laptop, because of this fun lil bluetooth thinger. And those are just the features I’ve managed to figure out thus far. I haven’t even read the owners manual yet. I attempted to post this from my phone for added emphasis, but that wasn’t working too well, because i’m not fully used to the whole browsing without a mouse thing yet.

So I actually wrote that above thing last week and just forgot to post it? I mean, I posted it, but I set it to private, iforgetwhy. I’ve read the owner’s manual by now. The only thing that sucks about it, is that it’s a.. *cringe* windows device. So not all of the features work exactlly how they should (since my computer’s a mac), but at least I didn’t have to download any software (which I would’ve had to if my computer were a windows machine). But anywho, speaking of shiny things, i got a new piercing yesterday 😀 It’s somewhere the sun don’t shine =-O

It hurt like a fucking bitch. But its better now 🙂 except i’m afraid to touch it, lol. hooray for piercings *squeeeee*

no baby neice yet. She had an appointment yesterday, and he told her she was 2cm dialated and 50% effaced. Yea, the same exact doctor that told her she was 3cm and 75% just last week. I’m scared for my poor sister when she does go into labor. She’s done nothing but complain about this doctor her whole pregnancy, but she’s on some kind of state aid, and this is the doctor they assigned her to, so she doesn’t even really have the option of switching. Especially not this late in the game. :-
