non-philosophical, non-mushy attempt
ok, JM said that i should try to write something *interesting* whereby i inquired as to what would constitute something interesting…. she said that it would be something not philosophical, or a digression on the way the world should be because “its not that way and thats *boring*” to which i replied, “but you don’t really want to hear all about my date last friday, do you? b/c thats all i’ve got at the moment.. philosophy or mushy-smushy” and she said if i could find a way to talk about my date, but leave out all the mushy-smushy parts, to which i said that there wouldn’t be anything left if i did 😉 but at anyrate, here’s an attempt at a non-philosophical, non-mushy diary entry.
last friday i went to the movies with ryan [JM: am i allowed to say that i went “with ryan” or is that too mushy already??] we saw “home on the range” the new disney movie… not too bad, a little predictable, but kind of funny… quite a bit of adult humor that kids wouldn’t even pick up on (yes, they’re real, quit starin’) lol … anyway, according to JM, i am allowed to say here that i had a soda, but i am *not* allowed to say that i actually shared said soda with ryan, so i wont 😉 lol she says that the reason is that nobody drinks a whole soda by themselves anyway… but i do, although i usually have to pee like a racehorse afterwards… which JM found *highly* amusing, especially since i’ve never acually seen a racehorse pee… oh! there were small chilluns that were being very annoying during the movie… but what do you expect when you go see a disney movie? we went to friendly’s for dinner… we got mozzerella stix … then i had a shrimp basket, and he had a chicken wrap… i drank a sprite, he drank a milkshake … after dinner we got dessert… i had a happy ending sundae w/ m&ms… he *tried* to eat a mudslide thinger-doodle, which *of course* he didn’t even eat half of… anyway… then we went back to his house… and most everything from this point on is very much *definitely* “mushy-smushy” and thus shall be left to your imagination (or *not* left to your imagination, as the case may be, JM) all i can say is we were “watching” tv 😉 … oh yes, there was a brief period of conversation with his mom, which i actually enjoyed… but she always goes and hides in the computer room when i come over… oh well, i’m not complaining 😉 i left at about 10:45 in order to be home by 11 (blasted curfew) and that was pretty much it
was that non-philosophical, non-mushy enough for you, JM?
