do i look like a mother?

I have been wished a “happy mother’s day” by at least three different complete strangers today.

Randy and I went out to breakfast with his parents for Mother’s day, and after that, we went to the casino (apparently there’s one in the bronx. who knew?) I didn’t have any money, but randy gave me a little bit to play the slots with. I lost the first $10 he gave me, but won $9.40 on the $20. I cashed it out, pocketed the $9.40, and played the $20 again, which I promptly lost. (well. not *promptly*…. i was playing for quite a long while, just only losing a teensy bit at a time). I decided I only needed $6 or so for laundry, so I pulled three of the dollars out of my wallet and played them… and also lost them. Leaving me with $6.40 total winnings
