What do others do
I think this is my first entry of 09..sheesh.
I just do not know what to write about without sounding toxic. Everything is pretty good, I have no complaints tho I have a few worries but refuse to dwell on them because that is toxic. I have stayed away from most things that feel toxic to me.
Everyone is continuing to talk politics which is fine as long as it is about hope and good things. I just can’t handle anymore whining and complaining. Go find a new fucking country for Gods sake or shut the fuck up around me. I just leave.
Went to see Gran Torino earlier. It is worth seeing and was pretty good except that I would have to club someone if they spoke to the children in my family that are black, hispanic and asian in a racist way. I will leave it at that.
So what do others do when they get writers block? How long can I go on just reading and noting without having to put something in the pot.
Speaking of pot… I want some but I won’t.
I am in a stressful phase of my life and hanging on by my biten down fingernails.
Well, it’s not much but it is something.
Happy New Year Y’all
ugh. i’m sorry you’re stressed. i hope it eases up soon. that’s good of you to steer clear of toxic stuff. :0)

I’ve never heard of Gran Torino except for the car. Meh, as adults we’re all racist or prejudice to an extent, but I think adults should leave the kids out of they’re prejudice.

Thanks for the note…*Hugs you tight* I adore you, too. And even if it’s just by your fingernails, m’love, at least you keep on hangin’ on. That’s the important thing. Hey, I saw Clint Eastwood once when he was Mayor of Carmel and OMG. Talk about an incredible-looking man. He’s very tall, very broad and very, very..imposing. *Dreamy sigh* I know the previews of the movie look good but I can’t tell so much what it’s about yet..Take care of you.

I want to see that movie. I hope the stress eases for you soon. Me, I feel like I’m a person on an island where the waters haven’t crept up yet…the news in the papers is so bad, my boyfriend’s company says they will still have work in the future.

Gran Torino is a great movie. Clint’s dialogue is raunchy even for an old man. It fit the theme of the movie, but pretty crazy how freqeunt it was. In the end, I think it was meant to show a bit of metamorphosis and tolerance of a man too old to change his ways, but in a way, he did because he opened his heart up to strangers and found not everyone is so bad. His kids got what they deserved, too
