One the road again

We left the inlaws place yesterday. It was such a lovely stay and the whole family came with exception of my youngest who would have only been able to stay one day so the trip from FL would not have been worth it.

My neice is now working at the Smithsonian as a doctor bones, doing study on what a certain bird ate hundreds of years ago compared to now.

Another niece will soon be working there also but a doctor bones of some plant. My and I plan to make a trip so we get the inside tour. That will be very exciting! I am very proud of them both.

We crossed Lk Champlain and of course I always look for Champ the Loc Ness that lives there. I have spent many nights on boats on that lake in the past. I have at least 3 pair of sunglasses, a phone and a book or 2 in that lake and almost a boat. We had anchored for the night and Hub was off visiting some guys on another boat and I kept hearing water. I called Hub, he swam back and sure enough, we were sinking and had to put it on plane in the dark of night and go like hell back to the dock for a haul out.

So today we are starting off in New York and we have a new way of traveling. We call it the 210.

We drive 210 miles or until 2:10 in the afternoon and then stop. Welllll…. actually we have yet to keep on that plan and maybe should change it up a bit.

Gah, I think my lips are falling off tho they look fine they feel like sand paper to me. I thought sand had gotten in my lip balm so I bought new…hmmm … same thing, so of course I figure out it was my lips. This was a month ago and I have went though everything they sell to try and make them better but nothing has helped. And I don’t get how come they look fine but feel so bad. I have heard that older females lose their upper lip (which I have not seen it happen to anyone I know so it is prolly something a dumb man said?) I just hope its not by slowing turning to sand like and falling off. Plus its both lips… OMG I may be lipless soon at this rate and the sooner the better because it’s driving me crazy!
