Rollin’ Along

Nothing is really new. Yesterday I worked [hard] on the yard area around the pond. I finished off several flowerbeds with stones around them and either fluffed up the mulch or added new. All of the new stones have weed barrier underneath, so moving forward, life should be easier in this part of the yard. I was hurting pretty good by the time I was finished.

Today we had a business appointment and I did cosmetic make-overs for two women and a 14 year old. There were two other kids of that age that I knew would not be buying anything, so we suggested that they come to the house on another day. Besides, we had Lucy in her crate and we had to get home to let her out. She was good!

I took tomorrow and Tuesday as vacation days. I never like to work on my birthday and take it whenever I can. We will be going out to dinner on Tues with some friends and Wednesday AM, if is back to business as usual – I get to drive to PA for my two day stint.
