Busy weekend

Had a nice weekend. Busy enough for me… on Friday I went out with Annika, who is staying in Dublin for a couple of weeks for work yayyyy! She’s one of my best friends and moved back to Germany last year but works for PayPal in Leipzig so she comes over for work every so often. With us were some other people from the German office. We first went to SamSara or whatever that place is called. It was meant to be a leaving party of my friend Roberta but we ended up crashing a team night out of her team…. embarassing hahahaha. So we only stayed a short while, then got food in Eddie Rob-your-pockets and then went to this new Rock Bar called Gypsy Rose in town… was quite good.

On Saturday I went to the hair dresser’s just for a trim and then met Amy. We went for something to eat and a glass of wine and then went to my place to watch a movie. She crashed at my place and then went to the swimming pool on my road with her family later. I then went to visit Annika for an hour. She’s going through a really shitty time cos her boyfriend broke up with her. After that she met him (no comment…) and I went shopping. Got a lovely new skirt, three matching tops, a dress for work and some other bits and pieces. Was nice to get some new things…

So was on the go every day really. Am tired today but I guess it’s nice to have so many things to do. I am just not used to it. Next Saturday I am going for a Wine Tasting and lil dinner with Frank who I met on the Tuscany trip and the week after a couple of us travellers are going for an Italian dinner haha… what else 🙂 Should be good.

I want to start writing about the Tao te Ching. I might write one Chapter per day and my own interpretation of it. It sounds like a nice task to do. I might start tonight….. we’ll see 🙂 It’s definitely something I meant to do anyway. Write about it… so why not here. 🙂
