Now why didn’t u write it down

Oay my sister’s unit is leaving soon and we have been invited to a breakfast with the soldiers hosted by the famiy readyness group.  There is a problem.  My idiotic father did not write down the when and where of the breakfast.  He just assumes that someone else is going to figure it out for him.  Its like dude had you written this crap down in the first place we would not be in this situation.  And the units website is down so we can’t look there.
