Retail Therapy

But sometimes we just need to splurge a little. Whether it’s for a special occasion or it’s a way to cope with something happening in your life, there is no doubt, you will feel better after making your purchases, according to Amy Morin. Going on a shopping spree can be quite therapeutic; we walk away with a sense of control as we regulate what is taken into our lives.
Of course, too much retail therapy has many drawbacks such as buyer’s remorse, going into debt and more.

That being said, it’s important to remember that moderation is key. As long as you don’t go overboard, you should be able to avoid unfavourable outcomes.
