Good or bad?

The news is neither good nor bad.

Let’s take some examples.

If you are told to take a physical fitness test,

it is good news because it tells you that you passed the written test!

It may be bad because you may not be physically fitted at that time.

On the other hand,
think about the circumstances if  you were told to have your contract renewed/ terminated.

renewed -> it may be good because you can secure the job.  
                     it may be neither good or bad, coz u wanted to resign the job long time ago.

terminated -> you may feel very bad at that moment, but you later realised that it  may be good news, making
                         you more determined to find another job that is more suitable for you.

At the same time, if a relationship is ended,
it may be good news because you have released from it, and learn a lesson from it.
It may be bad news because it seems you suddenly lose security, and still want to stick to it.

So it all depends on one’s point of view.

Anyway, life is still going on.

We always need to confront many problems.

We cannot choose the experience, however, we can choose how to respond to it.
