"Bus uncle" has bewildered the whole society. 

"This is not resolved! This is not resolved!" – now a catchphrase in Hong Kong. 

Is it really the case? 

If that grumpy man had been more considerate, and civil-minded, it would tell a very different story – such things would have been resolved. 

If more people are considerate, it would be a better world.  

What a coincidence, it also matches the principle of "380 activities", that is to say,   

to take once more steps, it would lead to a more harmonious society we live .  

It would be a thousand miles of journey, 

but if everyone takes a single step, it would make a better world.

So let’s start from ourselves  — be considerate.
