sleepy time tea. Spray your pillowcase with Lavendar. drink buttermilk at bedtime. Pray for a good nights sleep and for the mind to calm and let you.

There are a couple of tricks I use – one is an essential oil from DoTerra recommended by a friend of mine – it’s called Whisper I think and contains lots of lovely scents that helps me. The other thing is melatonin – it is a natural chemical that acts very gently – no feeling still drugged in the morning. It’s cheap and available easily in CVS or Walgreens, maybe even in your local store.
