What I got clothes shopping. :)

Well, clothes shopping was dissapointing. The selection at the store I went to wasn’t what I’d hoped, sometimes it’s fantastic, other times it sucks nuts. Yesterday it was kind of in between. I tried to pick some colors I don’t normally wear though. I only bought ONE black shirt. The rest were a color. I did buy some black pants too, some athletic style pants that were black with a shiny silvery stripe down the legs.

I got a long sleeve red shirt with blue stripes across the chest, normally I don’t wear red but I like this one and it matches another pair of athletic pants I have with a red stripe going down both legs. The black shirt I got was a peasant shirt and I was hoping I’d be able to wear it to work but I’m thinking no. I was hoping to find a pair of soft jeans but didn’t, only denim I found soft enough for my skin was a pair of overalls and I look downright silly in overalls.

I got a blue t-shirt with some flowers and a butterfly on it. Figure I can wear that one around the house. I got another shirt with a really neat cut, it’s long sleeved, really thin though and baby blue with a big butterfly on the front, the cut is kinda so that instead of going straight across your hips it’s triangular and the triangle comes to a point at your crotch, the sleeves are triangular at the wrist too, too cute. I also got a pink peasant shirt that I can wear to work, I got it specifically for that purpose. Now normally I HATE HATE HATE pink but this shirt was super cute. 🙂

No cargo pants. 🙁 I was dissapointed. There were some faux cargo pants with unusable pockets. They were cut funny though. Most of the pants there were tapered and I can’t wear tapered pants. I’m tapered myself. I have a big butt and tapered pants really bring that out!

Well, this is probably the most boring entry I’ve ever written so I’m going to stop and go to the grocery store.

We’ll be putting up new pics of Sara sometime tomorrow. I’ll post after we do that. 🙂
