We’re Home
It’s been a very long day but we’re finally home. My hubby’s idea of going through DC and stuff was uh, not the best idea in the world. I did get to take some pics of the Pentagon and stuff though. It was fun but we hit heavy traffic in NJ, then when we got to NY it got even worse. I thought I was going to go insane at one point. I even managed to have a really bad panic attack thanks to crazy NY drivers. The worst one I’ve ever had in my life, I couldn’t breathe and I seriously thought I was going to pass out. It took me awhile to calm down from that. When I was finally able to breathe I just started crying, then I felt much better. Once we hit CT traffic got a lot lighter. I’ve come to appreciate CT during this trip. Despite all the annoyances I really do like it here.
Everything looks good at the house, the kitten room was kind of a disaster though, they didn’t pick up the stuff the kittens knocked down like we do, that’s okay though, everyone is safe and that’s what really matters.
Our bedroom is a regular catastrophe. I can’t believe we left it in the condition we did, lol. I’m feeling pretty relaxed and happy from the trip though so I might feel up to some cleaning tomorrow after work. We’ll see.
Anyway, we’re home and we go back to work tomorrow, now it’s time to go unpack and hit the hay. 🙂
Sorry to hear you had a panic attack! That’s the worst, especially on vacation…that’s when I tend to get them too!
