Okay

K, now we totally have all the loan figured out. We went with the higher amount. We can pay everything off and fix our roof, yay! The roof is the most critical and most expensive thing. That alone is going to be like fifteen thousand. Eep!! We have all our final numbers and our monthly payments are going to be halved. That and since we’re paying off the car we can take all the insurance you have to have on a financed car off and go with liability only. Everything will just keep getting better because once we can get new windows our oil bills will go down. And once our credit scores improve we can refinance this loan and lower the loan payment that much more.

All the stuff to sign is supposed to arrive on Tuesday. The “closing” is super simple, a notary is coming out to our house, we sign everything in front of him/her and overnight the papers back. As soon as they get the paperwork they overnight us our check. We should have our money by the end of next week or so. Unbelievable. Now if you’ll excuse me I’m going to go jump up and down and scream. 🙂
