I need a break. I’m FINALLY done entering all of Marlene’s information into the directory. It was tiring and the number of typo’s were astonishing. The worst thing I saw was the word orange in place of arrange. My guess is that she spelled it wrong then ran spell checked without really paying much attention to it.
*sigh*
The people I work with never cease to amaze me. When I stopped working on it sat back in my chair and looked over at the picture of Sara on my desk.
It’s this one:
It never fails to make me smile. It amazes me how much she’s grown in the past 5 months. Dogs really are amazing. She went from being slightly smaller than the largest of our 2 cats to being close to full grown.
Anyway…
I really wish I could work 6 hour days. I’d be a lot happier. I get restless around 1pm, every single day I’m at work. Like clockwork I start really thinking about going home and look down to find it’s around 1pm.
Oh yeah, our cat Kenny turned 4 this month. 🙂 We got him 2 months after we got married so he’s one year for every year we’ve been married. Makes it easy to keep track of. 🙂 Casper is easy to keep track of too because I got him when I was 15. He’s 7 now, hard to believe sometimes that he’s 7 already. Seems like just yesterday that I was sitting in the passenger seat holding the curled up little ball of fluff on the drive to Tulsa from Bartlesville. The other three cats are cats we’ve acquired so they’re harder to keep track of, I’m pretty sure Sally is three. I know Vicki is six and we’re guessing Sophie at around 10-11 months. I’m really looking forward to Sophie’s kittens too. I’ve actually revised my guesstimate on her pregnancy. I’ve gotten a better chance to examine her belly and stuff (she was sleeping, she’s hard to examine when she’s awake, she bites, and hard!!) But anyway, judging from that I’m putting her at about 3-4 weeks. About halfway through her pregnancy. Which means we have a whole ‘nother month to wait!
Anyway, here I am rambling on and on, trying to postpone work. Hey, I’ve done a good job. I’ve wasted a while 20 minutes. 🙂
That’s the picture hubby took, isn’t it. It’s wonderful! Sara is SO CUTE!!!!!!! After 6 hours of work, I’m about done, too. Six patients is the most I can see in a day without completely blanking out and falling asleep.
