*looks around* I should bring my digital camera in to work sometime and take some pictures of where I sit every day. I have some old one’s though, same cubicle, just decorated differently now. Quite a bit differently actually:

I now have a fish, my computer is on my desk beside my monitor, all kinds of stuff, but anyway. This is my small ass cubicle. 🙂 This is where I sit every morning and type. I hate my cubicle with a burning passion. As you can see my computer and back face the doorway. Those cd’s on the wall on the right there, those are so I can see who’s walking behind me. 😉

I dunno why but I like seeing people and seeing where people are when they type so I thought I’d share. And while we’re at it this is where I sit when I type from home:

I remember when I talked to people online a lot more I’d try to figure out from their personalities what their house might look like, and their offices. I was usually wrong but it was fun. It was cool after I’d visited hubby in CT because after that I knew where he was when I was talking to him. He had the neatest apartment. Only problem with it was the fact that he shared it with his brother and the neighbors downstairs had 6, yes 6, children. They were terribly noisy. I lived there for awhile after I moved up here and damn, there was constant banging on the walls, yelling and screaming. Ugh, it was awful. The apartment was neato though.

Sometimes I miss apartment life, sometimes I don’t though. I love the privacy of our house. When we lived in the apartment in east Hartford the landlord lived upstairs and them and their guests walked right by our living room window to come into the house. That was weird. The thing with home ownership though is that it comes with responsibility. When the heater breaks you have to call the furnace people yourself. When the lawn needs to be mowed you have to get your ass outside and do it. I don’t know about anyone else but my ass is lazy.

Here I am rambling on and on about nothing important. Hmm.

We got the picture of Sara that hubby took enlarged yesterday although we can’t pick it up until today. I can’t wait to see them! We got 4 5×7’s, one to hang in our house and one to send to my mom, I dunno what we’ll do with the other two yet.

Speaking of my mom, I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what to do for Mothers day. I’ve found the perfect gifts for all three of my parents on mothers day and fathers day BUT I don’t have any money so I’ll probably save those for next year. I thought about writing something to highlight all the good memories of my childhood with each parent, but when I sat down to do it I got depressed so I quit. Maybe I’ll just stick to sending cards like I do every year. I prefer to be more original than cards though.

Anyway, I’ve nothing interesting to say at all today so I’m going to close here. 🙂

how about sending a card with the picture of what you would have bought them? It’s the thought that counts right? 🙂

^Verrrry funny, A. Okay, I have an idea–photo collages. Of you, hubby, the cats, the house, and, of course, SARA! You’re a good photographer, hubby is a good photographer, and there’s no excuse for the two of you not to use your talent! Of course, that’s MY selfish reason for wanting to see more photos . . . 🙂 Love the cubicle! I’d cry if I worked in one. The CDs are a clever device!
