10 more days till we get our puppy! 🙂

I’m really learning to appreciate being home and saving money. I used to have this obsession with being out ‘doing things’, but lately I’ve really realized that I’m a lot happier not forcing myself to be out. Society frustrates me but nothing at home frustrates me (well, alright sometimes things at home are frustrating, but rarely).

I’m starting to get antsy about spring. My band thing starts up this spring and I’m excited but I’m really nervous about all the new people I’m going to meet. I’m hoping perhaps, to make a friend or two. Usually band is where I meet friends. Band people are generally a little weird and more accepting. 🙂

We’re getting a taste of some warm weather here. It RAINED today!! Yepp, warm enough to rain. It felt good to feel the rain again, I’ve always liked rain. I’m one of those weirdo’s that says “Hey, lets go for a walk.” when it’s pouring down rain. Hubby is never interested in taking a walk in the pouring rain with me but I bet I’ll know a certain golden retriever that will go out in the rain with me when she’s older. 🙂 Guess we’ll see though, some dogs don’t enjoy rain as much as others.

Ah well, I don’t have anything interesting to say really, just passing the time until hubby finishes up his bath. Guess I’ll go bug him to get out now. 🙂
