Lets talk about how I suck at pool. It sounds so simple. Line up the little stick with the little white ball to hit the little colored balls into the little pockets. Sounds simple enough. Heh. I’m not all that good at aiming and hubby says I’m just a little bit off every time, lol, that’s how it always is with me, everything I try to do I’m always just a little bit off. Maybe I need to have a V8. 🙂
I took my cue back to the place where I got it and the guy there was able to check it out for me and tell me what is wrong with it. It’s not the shaft that’s warped afterall, it’s the part you hold on to whatever that’s called, right up next to where they connect together. So it’s more economical to replace it than to fix it, good thing I already ordered a new cue anyway then! And you can bet your ass I’ll be checking it for straightness before I chalk it. Which reminds me, I want to get some purple chalk to go with my purple cue. *grins*
Ohhhhh, we got pictures of Taz, his new mommy sent us some pictures of him in his new home today.
He’s doing well in his new home, he’s even gotten used to their dog.
We cut Caspers hair today. I know, poor Casper right? He looks really funny but he’s much cleaner. He gets really bad at the beginning of winter every year. He always gets matted and he does a terrible job keeping himself clean. So I take the scissors to him every year and he gets cut to a short-hair and washed. LUCKILY a friend of ours is in the process of becoming an animal groomer, a mobile animal groomer at that, so next year Casper may very well have a professional looking cut. 🙂 I’m no hair stylist, that’s for sure.
Well, it’s 7:30 on Saturday night, I’m home, and I’m bored, there’s only one thing to do, grab a beer and play some Neverwinter.
G’Night. 🙂
Poor Caspar! Taz looks right at home. I can’t play pool, or anything else, for that matter, that involves both depth perception and the ability to aim something in a particular direction.
