Diddle Daisy Dodon’t bother

I went on another back road exporing aventure on Sunday. This time I almost hit a dog. I was just aboout finished with my explorations for the day, but decided to go back to one road I had just previously skipped. I’m not sure what it was that told me to back track, but I felt like I needed too. Perhaps it was the unknow that got me. Well the unknown got me a dog strolling down the middle of the road, walking as if she onwed the whole road herself. I saw her in time, thank God, and was able to stop….in the middle of two lanes actually. So be it if my car got hit, I was more concerned about the dog. My sister was with me, so then she got the dog off to the side of the road, and I got the car to the side. She was really cute, and I’m not going to lie, I woulld have gladly taken the big red home with me if she didn’t have a tag. Although, I’m glad she did because after calling the number on her tag, and finding out her name was Dittle Daisy Dodo…no joke…we found out that her family had been looking all over for her, and that the kids were really worried. But I couldn’t help but laugh when my sister called the number asking "Ummm, do you have a dog, Dittle Daisy?" It felt good to save Dittle Daisy Dodo (that will never get old, haha) and to help out her family. So pretty much the point of this little story is to say that I met a dog named Dittle Daisy Dodo. Great story, I know! Thrilling even.

I also saw some goats on Sundays aventure, visited the river, and drove down a really narrow dirt sketchy road and found what’s been rumored to be the mysterious church of an asian cult. (and thoses are the words of the rumor…not mine) Its sort of a town legend here, but I never knew where it was, or what it really was about, but I found it on accident. Now, I don’t really think theres some cult hanging out back there, but it was quite strange. There are a few steet signs that are both written in asain (forgive me, I’m not sure which asain language) and english. I point this out because I have never seen that anywhere around here, aside from store/business type ssigns. I only drove a little bit near, because I came up to a dodgey wooden bridge and wasn’t about to risk it. I also felt a little bad…what if it really was some sort of weird business happening up there, its not exactly my place to just intrude because I was nosey….. I may have been a little scared too. I feel bad about that too. The rumors say that at night the bridge is covered in a constant fog, and that you will be chased away by people with guns if you bother anything up in that area…there was something also about a rubber chicken….hmmmm??? Anyway, to my understanding, its just some sort of church…..that happens to be nicely hidden and tucked away in a strange place. Nothing wrong with that, and its pretty cool to have street signs written in two languages. Lots of languages are spoken here, its only fair.

I took another walk down town again on Saturday. I may have also accidently strolled into a few of the shops. Its hard not too. Anyway, I went into one of my favorite shops downtown, its an antique/vintage/thrift store thats lovely and smells like old books (my favorite) I found another purse that I liked, and it was a whole hell of a lot cheaper than the one I saw last week. $8! So I bought it.

I’ve been obsssing over vintage style needle point bags on Etsy, I don’t know if you could call this needle point, but I can call call it cool…enough for me

.

I don’t think you could call this vintage either…but I do think you could call it thriftage. Either way, I’m fond of it.

I also so a copy of Desolation Angels, and it smells great!!!

This is something I made for my friend Jena for her birthday in March.

I have been struggling with creating art for the last couple of weeks…not sure why??? I guess the creativity comes ad goes as it pleases. Although, yesterday and today I drew for a little bit. The wether has been great, so going outside to draw has helped.

I helped Evelyn make another fairy house last Friday.

I have mentioned this before, but it really is a fun little activity. Or perhaps its just me being a huge nerd. Its fun to see Evelyn get excited about her thought if ‘real fairies’ visiting the house. She even hid little gems underneath the stones and shells for them to find. Haha!

Well like I said, I know I will be posting more cat pictures…so here you have it…a recent picture of Francois’ head.

..,and Francois beleiving he is hiding…or just trying to kill me with his laser death eyes…

…and Francois attempting to see straight with the one eye trick after he had a few…

We’ve all been there.

Done that!

Now, I havn’t forgot about Scrappy. I just on’t have any new pictures of him…plaus he is still probably upset with me for posting a picture of him wearing a christmas sweater that one time. But he is doing good…he is a sweet kittly!

White Cat is still a bitch!

Eye think its time to end this nonsesnse entry about nothing. Eye’ve got nothing!!! Eyem staring off into nothing.

Dittle Daisy Dodo hahaa awesome. Etsy has so many fun interesting things. I can’t go on there often or I’d just buy stuff! You draw fish so pretty (*-*) ~~~>

RYN: Thank you. I certainly hope he agrees with your thoughts. Going to find out soon enough, I suppose. =)

This is loveableinsanity. I changed my username and such because one of my friends found my diary and I don’t want her reading all of my stuff because she’s really clingy and jealous of a lot of things. Just wanted to let you know!
