Rockin’

Last night I went to see the Decemberists. They never fail to entertain. It was an awesome show! Their opener sucked. Can’t say I am a huge fan of Lavender Diamond, but the Decemberists made up for all of it. The energy at that show was so positive and happy. It was hot as hell in the Tabernacle, but I had a GREAT time.

It makes me wish that I actually had the money and time to go to more shows. *sigh*

I have tons upon tons of homework to do this weekend. I have procrastinated some of it and it’s all my fault that the weekend will be so stressful.

I have been struck recently by the urge to pull out my old SLR camera and take some film pictures. I realy want to take my cats outside and snap at them, but they would run away, so that’s a no go. I have some film, color and black and white.

It’s not an inspired feeling, per se, but I do have an overwhelming urge to take pictures. We’ll see if I do anything with it.

My entire family, including my mom, have halloween parties to go to tonight. I will be staying home doing homework. I am lame, I understand this.
