In Summary

SNOW PATROL=AWESOME

The concert was great. The band had all their equipment lost by an airline so they were playing on rented equipment. The lead singer, in his gorgeous scottish accent, talked about how ahitty that was. Honestly though, they sounded pretty good to me. I got to hear my favorite song on the new album (Make This Go On Forever). But they didn’t play Hands open, which I really wanted to hear.

Laura even enjoyed herself, which I am glad for, since I would have felt guilty if I had dragged her to this show and she didn’t like the band. I even convinced her to go see the Decemberists with me next month. Yay for concerts.

And I am still completely in love with Snow Patrol. Gary Lightbody said that they would be back in February, so I may just have to see them again.

Time to go, Bean has my car key and my student loan bill in her mouth.
