Rosemary, baby, I got the thyme!

So i’m pretty lax in the entry department. This will probably be short and sweet.

So I don’t have either of those puppies and the past 3-4 weeks has just been a giant stressful search to try and get a dog. I didn’t realized the whole process was such a pain in the ass. I remember, when I was little and we still lived in Staten Island, we drove out to the MSPCA in Long Island to look at dogs and ended up going home with one. THE SAME DAY. Here it is 4 weeks later and I have put in an applications for… i think i’m up to 12 dogs right now. 3 at one shelter (who were gone by the time i e-mailed my app), im up to my 4th at the shelter the previous 2 guys were from (technically just waiting for one to get fixed… but she is shy around new people and her reaction is to growl. All the other ones want to come and see you, not sit in the back and growl at you), then yesterday I got an e-mail response from somewhere where i submitted and app for another 3, and then i haven’t heard back from this place that had 2 cuties. So that’s 12, i was right.

I had court 2 Tuesdays ago for the ticket I got when I had my accident. Actually it was a ‘show cause’ hearing with the clerk magistrate in Northampton. He decided to drop the civil ‘speed beyond reasonable’ charge citing lack of evidence, but they are going to go ahead with the majorly serious criminal charge of ‘negligent operation’. So now i’m waiting for a court date. I was going to being a lawyer with me after reasearching the negligent operation charge online, but he wanted a grand up front… and we ended up decided to just go on with out him.

The day after my ‘hearing’ or whatever, my father called the lawyer my brother had used when he had some troubles and he (the laywer) seems pretty confident that he can make the whole thing go away. That sounds a lot better coming from this guys mouth. I can’t afford to do any time or lose my license or outrageous fines. It was a FUCKING accident. I TOTALED my BRAND NEW Jeep. Yeah, obviously i did it on purpose.

So… i am in LOVE. Ever hear of a band called…

When i started dating D, I used to tell him to turn this off all the time because I HATED it… now I can’t get enough. We went to see them last Friday in Poughkeepsie, NY. I want to seem them again already. They are phenominal!
