Prayers

At altar last week like I said God told me a lot of things even though I didn’t go up to the altar this time I prayed while I was in church while altar and worship music was on. I just basically asked God questions like what to do about the Sabrina and dan situation? Is gay/bi wrong?  I’m so scared about how I feel addicted to my pills and so depressed about my anxiety like I will never get over it, will it get better God? Will you help me? Basically God told me that gayness isn’t wrong because while praying about that I just wanted to hug sabrina. It is love, I love her. So I want to hug her. I had this OVERWHELMING feeling to embrace her, love for her. So I know it is not wrong. I don’t know about polyamory I couldn’t really find that answer yet. About the anxiety I told God I feel so bad for asking for him to help me everytime I come to church. I tell him I am thankful for all the things he has given me, which I know has been so much but I still feel like theres so much work for me to do. God told me its ok and that it will all be ok. He told me to feel less like I am always asking and never thanking, and to actually feel less anxious everyday I should write down a list of the things I am thankful God has blessed me with in my life, and on the other side write down a list of things that I am asking God to still bless me with and then pray over it. I’m going to start doing that on here but tonight I might in a notebook or start tomorrow cause I’m really tired I’m just glad I had the time to write this! Also read my bible more. I have been wanting to read peter a lot lately, which today I did a bit and it was great, I just got done reading 1-3 John a week or two ago which was really great.

"God Is Love

7-10My beloved friends, let us continue to love each other since love comes from God. Everyone who loves is born of God and experiences a relationship with God. The person who refuses to love doesn’t know the first thing about God, because God is love—so you can’t know him if you don’t love. This is how God showed his love for us: God sent his only Son into the world so we might live through him. This is the kind of love we are talking about—not that we once upon a time loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to clear away our sins and the damage they’ve done to our relationship with God.

11-12My dear, dear friends, if God loved us like this, we certainly ought to love each other. No one has seen God, ever. But if we love one another, God dwells deeply within us, and his love becomes complete in us—perfect love!

13-16This is how we know we’re living steadily and deeply in him, and he in us: He’s given us life from his life, from his very own Spirit. Also, we’ve seen for ourselves and continue to state openly that the Father sent his Son as Savior of the world. Everyone who confesses that Jesus is God’s Son participates continuously in an intimate relationship with God. We know it so well, we’ve embraced it heart and soul, this love that comes from God."

"To Love, to Be Loved

17-18God is love. When we take up permanent residence in a life of love, we live in God and God lives in us. This way, love has the run of the house, becomes at home and mature in us, so that we’re free of worry on Judgment Day—our standing in the world is identical with Christ’s. There is no room in love for fear. Well-formed love banishes fear. Since fear is crippling, a fearful life—fear of death, fear of judgment—is one not yet fully formed in love.

19We, though, are going to love—love and be loved. First we were loved, now we love. He loved us first.

20-21If anyone boasts, "I love God," and goes right on hating his brother or sister, thinking nothing of it, he is a liar. If he won’t love the person he can see, how can he love the God he can’t see? The command we have from Christ is blunt: Loving God includes loving people. You’ve got to love both."

Ephesians 2:8-10 (New International Version) 8For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9not by works, so that no one can boast.

yes he did say everything in the verses you showed me and we are supposed to do that but he also tells us that we need to repent. why would he tell us to do that and not mean it? Matthew 3:2 says repent! for the kingdom of God is at hand. did he just say that for no reason? see you can’t just see it in a human perspective, Jesus said who ever believes in me shall have eternal life -John 11: 26 but

he also said that his standard is perfection- Matthew 5:48. but God knows that in our flesh we cannot be perfect, so why did he give us matthew 5:48? so that we know we must try to shoot for perfection in order inherit his kingdom. there’s many many verse that explain that. did you know that God judges the world when he returns?
