right quick

Just like I want to kick you in your knickers.

I should start thanking (Chris) “Al” for my entry titles… this is the second time in a row I’ve used his phraseology for both my entry title and first line… what can I say, the kid cracks me up.

The goal of tonight is to actually read Plato while I’m reading him, rather than just reading him without reading him. And yes, it does make perfect sense. At any rate, I haven’t looked at the new essay topic, but I hear he wants us to actually think on this one. Not such great news… until I remember that yes, I do actually know how to do that. I just don’t always like to for assignments. I’d much rather just write a diary entry on my personal philosophical thoughts and call myself by one name… like Plato, but you know, more modern and feminine. Well, not necessarily more feminine, but maybe.

I’ve discovered that I really like the New Amsterdams. I was introduced to them by, of course, Alex, and now have something like 25 tracks… they are seriously awesome. Still not such a big fan of the Get Up Kids, but love the New Amsterdams… man I could listen to it for hours – oh wait I do. So go download some, or something… do it.

I’m really getting sick of looking at this Kathy Smith chick on the right hand side of my screen. The pink tank top annoys me, the grayish blackish stretch pants annoy me, her hair annoys me… the fact that they consistently try to get me to joint this stupid 5 day jump start weight loss plan annoys me… I really just want to rip the ad off the screen. Too bad you can’t do that… damn technology. (You know what’s funny? It would be funny if no one else knew what I was talking about and couldn’t see that ad… but seriously it’s been there forever.)

A snowball fight broke out on our way to dinner tonight… several casualties. The snow is finally perfect for packing, and the guys took advantage of it. It was nice and controlled within the boys until Meg got hit… then all hell broke loose – we had to defend. =D

Ok, seriously though… I need to get this philosophy done now so I can party the night away… as usual??? *sigh* Well, no lab tomorrow at 8 – I think it’s a reason to party, anyway.
