Ok, back to normal

Last night my sister and I went to a violin recital. It was her old teacher’s students, so she thought we had an obligation to be there. So we found out about it 45 minutes before it started. That gave us all of 10 minutes, or less, to get ready so that we could make it on time. I must admit that it felt very cute to be driving around – the two of us I mean. I always feel cute when my sister and I are driving anywhere – lol. She’s 19 and I’m 16, and I don’t know. Especially when we’re all dressed up.

But anyway, after the recital we drove to a video rental place to search for a movie. I think we spent 45 minutes just looking for a decent movie to rent. We rented The Godfather II for our family, because we’ve been meaning to see it after we watched the first one. But since our parents weren’t home last night, we needed to find one for us too. We ended up with “Seven Years in Tibet” with Brad Pitt. VERY GOOD MOVIE! And no, not just because of Brad Pitt… It was actually a very well made movie. In fact, the only bad part was his really fake-sounding accent. Other than that – great movie.

After that, at around midnight sometime I logged on here (of course) and stayed up until almost 3 – mostly talking to TheDrummer. So then that made me go blind from looking at the screen and slap happy because I was so danged tired. =) But that’s ok…

Because school is out (YAY! YIPEE!), I was able to sleep in until noon. Very nice… Of course my sister HAD to be praciticing down in the living room to wake me up… But that’s ok. I still slept in way too much.

I’m thinking I should go take a shower and put real clothes on instead of pajamas. That would probably be good. Then I could go outside on this glorious day. Hmm…

My school has been out since the second! Seven Years in Tibet was pretty good actually, I was thinking that it would be a chick-flick, but watched it through and enjoyed… FREE TIBET!~
